Hermes Project

The Hermes project was a venture I undertook during October 2023 as part of Inktober, where I immersed myself in learning various features I had yet to explore. Throughout this project, I crafted a top-down game set in a serene universe, and implemented several intriguing gameplay mechanics. These included the dash, teleportation, enemy behavior (A* pathfinding), an inventory system, storage chests, random loot chests, a shop system, and crafting mechanics. It was a journey of discovery and growth, allowing me to expand my skill set and delve into new realms of game development.
